The structured inquiry form asks for your name, email address, participation pathway, message, and—only if you choose to provide them—your general city or country and organization.

The separate volunteer application is hosted in Google Forms and may request additional information relevant to volunteer screening. Review that form before submitting and provide only what is requested.

We use inquiry and application information to review your message, respond where appropriate, assess possible fit, protect the integrity and safety of our work, and keep an accountable record of the conversation.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not create a volunteer, employment, advisory, partnership, beneficiary, or funding relationship.

Do not submit medical details, information about children, identity documents, financial account information, home addresses, or other sensitive personal data through the website inquiry form.

The website inquiry form is not intended for children. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should contact the organization when an inquiry concerns a child, and should still avoid including sensitive details in an initial message.

Formspree delivers structured website inquiries. Google provides the volunteer application and related response tools. Vercel hosts the website and provides optional privacy-focused analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it in countries where they operate.

We do not sell personal information and do not use website inquiry data for advertising.

Anonymous Vercel Web Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you select ‘Accept analytics.’ It records aggregate page-visit information and does not receive the contents of inquiry or volunteer forms. Rebuild & Rise does not use advertising cookies on this website.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer at any time, or clear the site data in your browser.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, responsible organizational record-keeping, safety, dispute prevention, or a legal obligation. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Email and web forms should therefore contain only the information needed for a first conversation.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
